Lightweight tubular media is designed for aquariums and ponds with high flow rates like the Ultima II Pond Filter. One cubic foot of media is equal to 750 sq. ft. of surface area. A very high bio-film surface is seeded with natural bacteria to aid on pond cleaning. Works as both a mechanical and biological filter media.
