Shipping:
All purchased items are normally shipped within two business days of the cleared payment. We currently do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays.

Important Notes for Our Canadian and International Customers:
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms as that is against U.S. and international laws.

Do you combine shipping?
Since we need immediate payment, you must first purchase the items you want individually and then we will refund you the difference between the combined shipping rate and the total amount you spent on the shipping for the individual orders.

Do you offer shipping insurance?
All International shipments are insured.

How much are Shipping & Handling Charges?
We provide FREE SHIPPING on most products to the 48 contiguous states.

How will I know when my item shipped?
We will notify you via email with your shipping notification once your order has shipped. We send this to the email address you have on file with eBay. If your email address is out of date, take a moment to update it so you won't miss any of our notifications.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
On each listing Ebay will show you an estimate (not a guarantee) for the time it generally takes the item to leave the warehouse plus the delivery time. Additionally, you'll be provided a tracking number to track your package from our door to yours.

How will my item ship?
Most of our items ship UPS, Fedex or USPS For large or bulky merchandise we ship using freight carriers who specialize such items.

Where do you ship to?
Shipping is available to physical addresses in the contiguous United States only – for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico additional shipping charges apply.We ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Can I ship my order to an address other than my eBay registered address?
We are not permitted to ship any order to an unconfirmed address or one other than on your Ebay transaction.

Is the product new?
All of our products are new, current merchandise in the original packaging.

Why didn't my coupon work?
If you are trying to use an eBay or PayPal issued coupon, please contact them directly for help.

How come I have not received a response to my weekend email?
We are open normal business hours Monday – Friday 8 AM. to 5PM EST. Emails sent during the evening, weekend or a holiday, we will respond to you on the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order until it ships from the warehouse. If it hasn't shipped yet, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you can return the product under our standard return policy.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal only on Ebay. If you have any questions, please call! Customer service is ready to help at 1-888-758-6191.

Do I pay sales tax?
Only in the state of New York. We charge 8.5% sales tax for all shipments to New York state.

What if I want more than one of an item?
For most products, we have more than one available. Feel free to stock up!

What if my product is out of stock or discontinued?
We do our best to make sure products are in stock and ready to ship. However, occasionally products become out of stock or discontinued before we can update the listing's availability. We will update you if this happens. If the item is out of stock, you can either keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.

I sent payment. Did you receive it?
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us when your payment has cleared.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personal cards?
Sorry. Not yet. We're working on it!


Returns

What is your return policy?
We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that sometimes a product is not exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of your receipt of the item, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. An 18% restocking fee is charged.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning an item. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us.

I am awaiting a refund. When will I receive it?
All PayPal refunds are issued once your return is delivered and inspected.PayPal will send an email notification when you refund has been issued and PayPal normally takes 3 to 5 business days to transfer the funds back to your account.
