Marvin Gardens Store products are guaranteed to be delivered free of damage or manufacturer's defects, or the product will be replaced hassle-free. Items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of cleared payment. Items do not ship on weekends or holidays. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

- Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada will have a shipping surcharge added to the total.
- Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, shipping method selected and delivery destination.

Order Cancellation
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible in order to get it to you in a very timely manner. If you decide you must cancel your order, please do so by emailing our customer service team.
Refused Orders
Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, a credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges both ways and a 10% restocking fee. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us and inspected by our return specialists.
Out of stock items:
Our inventory updates every 72 hours , during this time period vendors may sell out of products. When this occurs Marvin Gardens issues a refund within 2 business days.
Refund Policy: Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to return funds to the card holder's account.
Return Policy
- Marvin Gardens Store strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that sometimes a product is not exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of your receipt of the item, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. If your product is defective a replacement will be shipped at no charge. All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. An 18% restocking fee is charged.
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning an item. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return.
