The cast iron body, streamlined shape, and hardy motor make this pump fantastic for transferring water, irrigating your garden, or supplementing your home water pressure. Its 2" diameter suction is great for a full water flow, and the discharge accepts 1 1/2" piping to direct the water toward your supply system or holding tank. The high efficiency, thermoplastic impeller and diffuser offer plenty of durability, and the cast iron casing lasts for seasons of service. A plug at the top of the pump removes for priming the item up to 25' prior to use. The heavy duty, single phase, 1 1/2 horsepower motor runs on either 115 or 230 volts, for plenty of water movement. The item has a maximum flow rate of 71 gallons per minute, and a working maximum pressure of 44 PSI. Place the attached, bottom bracket on a level surface as close as possible to your water source, and use bolts to secure it in a protected area for optimal performance.
